1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Z.R. Links (referred to herein as “the Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Services
Z.R. Links provides trucking dispatch training and trucking dispatch services designed to assist trucking companies and independent truckers with freight management, route planning, and logistics support. All services are provided “as is” without any guarantee of specific outcomes or results.

3. Intellectual Property and No Replication
All materials, content, and proprietary information provided by Z.R. Links remain the exclusive property of the Company. No part of these materials may be reproduced, duplicated, or otherwise replicated in any form without prior written consent from Z.R. Links.

4. Sales, Refunds, and Exchanges

• All Sales Final: All sales are final.
• No Refunds or Exchanges: Once a service is purchased, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be permitted under any circumstances.

5. No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to deliver quality services, Z.R. Links makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the results or outcomes of its services. Any testimonials or results mentioned are not a guarantee of future performance.

6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Z.R. Links, its affiliates, partners, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas/USA. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dallas, Texas for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.

8. Amendments and Modifications
Z.R. Links reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, along with any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Z.R. Links concerning the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent possible and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Force Majeure
Z.R. Links shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or other unforeseeable events.

12. No Waiver
Failure by Z.R. Links to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that or any other provision later on.
