Truck Dispatcher Jobs

Z.R. Links is seeking a professional over-the-road freight dispatcher agent to coordinate and assign movements of drivers, shipments, and deliveries. This position requires daily communication with drivers, customers, shippers, receivers, and management. The selected individuals must be able to coordinate driver schedules and be available to answer any questions. 

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Communication
• Customer Service
• Ability to multi-task
• Pay attention to detail 
• Sales/Negotiating skills
• Confident with making outbound marketing calls
• 3+ months dispatch experience (preferred not required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred not required)

Pay Structure:

• 1099 Contractor
• 70% Commission of Dispatch Gross

Z.R. Links is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with order entry, cross-selling, and sales support experience. The CSR provides excellent customer experience on every interaction with our business customers, while actively supporting the sales team by up-selling and cross-selling product offerings. Orders are received via phone, email, and fax, so strong written and verbal communication skills are important. 

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6+ months customer service exp
• 6+ months sales
• Confident with making outbound marketing calls
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred not required)

Pay Structure:

• $15.00 Hourly
